InnerWorkings Announces an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with a Premier Canadian Partner

Under the terms of this agreement, InnerWorkings Canada will market and sell the company’s flagship product, InnerWorkings Developer, to organizations throughout Canada.
InnerWorkings Canada maintains its offices in the Greater Toronto Area and Victoria, British Columbia. The company’s core management team, led by Paul Serveau, has almost 70 years of combined experience in the Canadian learning industry. Paul was the co-founder and President of SmartForce Canada Ltd. from 1992 through 2003. Prior to that, he was the President of Goal Systems Canada Ltd. from 1983 until 1992. Earlier in his career, Paul held the position of General Manager at Deltak Canada.
